Heavy-Duty French Folding Doors

Heavy-duty French folding doors are intended for large outdoor openings and spaces exposed to strong wind and rain, where acoustic and thermal insulation are priorities, such as patios, gardens and indoor-outdoor connections. Linked panels fold to one or both sides, combining French grids with a generous passage. Confirm the frame structure, glazing, seals, load-bearing hardware and threshold drainage for the local weather, opening dimensions and insulation targets. Wind resistance, watertightness, sound insulation and thermal performance depend on the final configuration and corresponding test documentation. The existing photo is a style reference, not a demonstration of folding movement.

  • Confirm panel count, folding direction and stack position.
  • Review track, threshold, floor levels and drainage.

Frame options: non-thermal-break or thermally broken aluminum.

ONE STYLE · TWO FRAME OPTIONS

Choose the frame, keep the design.

Each style is available with non-thermal-break or thermally broken aluminum. Final profiles, dimensions and details are confirmed for your selected configuration; appearance alone does not identify the internal frame structure.

Non-Thermal-Break Aluminum

An aluminum frame without an insulating thermal-break separator. Discuss the intended location and project requirements before selecting it.

Thermally Broken Aluminum

An aluminum frame incorporating an insulating separator between metal sections. The structural choice alone does not establish tested energy performance or project approval.
